We stayed here after a whole day of travel due to delayed flights and lost luggage. Front staff was friendly and check in was quick. Restaurant has convenient hours. We had dinner about 10pm and the food satisfied. We were provided breakfast vouchers with our stay which was a small buffet with about 5 items but the food was good. Rooms are a bit small and the water didn't get as warm as I like it but it served it's purpose for one night.
It is really close to the airport and easy to get to. I didn’t show up to my reservation until after midnight (plane delays) and there was no issues checking in at all! Only complaint I have about this place is that it’s super noisy at night. I’m talking about really noisy from the cars. The room was perfect for what I paid for and the service was great from the staff. The breakfast was good and the orange juice tasted freshly squeeze. It was a great hotel overall, but I don’t know if I would rebook if I’m looking to catch some good sleep.
I stayed here with my wife about a 3 weeks ago and the place still under construction but it was great for my wife and I we were way on the top room and it was wonderful we ate downstairs in the restaurant it was good. Yes the place looks like they are still working on it but it's still open the price is good these people that act like millionaires need to zip it and go to the rich hotels to begin with. Stuck up people acting like they are multi billionaires.
Checked in last night room is quite big with a queen size bed and a sofa. 3 pairs of slippers in the washroom. Plenty of soap and shampoo. Breakfast is good with fruits, scrambled eggs & tortillas. Also include shuttle bus every hour.
The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport and has a shuttle TO the airport. It looks as if it was in the middle of a building site but once inside appears pretty attractive. The telephone communication with the manager to inform him we would be arriving after midnight was very friendly and helpful. The staff was welcoming and informative, a large breakfast was included, the room very clean and freshly remodeled. We were glad we had chosen this hotel and would always book it again for a layover.
Hi, I stayed at this hotel. It has a free shuttle service, free breakfast, and the room prices are very low, only 1,500 for a room with two beds. I checked in very early without any extra charge. The hotel is very clean, and the shuttle driver was especially friendly. In my opinion, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Love the accommodations and services. This is our go-to hotel across from the Guadalajara Airport so we can be on-time for our flights.
Best part are the employees. Javier at check in is dynamic. Great little restaurant/bar and servers. Lots of road work out front but should be done by Dec 2025. 10 minutes to GDL transfer included, as is breakfast. Very good value if booked direct with them. Approximately 20 mins to Centro Nuevo Bus depot as well. 300-500 pesos for taxi service to both.
